Return & Refund Policy – Art Wallistry
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Because all our products are handmade and custom designed, please read this policy carefully before making a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are not eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalized resin art pieces
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
Please note: Since most Art Wallistry products are handcrafted and made to order, small variations in color or texture are natural and not considered defects.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by our support team.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be approved in some cases, such as:
- Items returned with minor use or marks
- Products not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We’ll also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days to post).
- Contact your bank — sometimes there is a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at artwallistry.info@gmail.com and send your product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
